30 % of the ground beans for this 100 % arabica coffee are sourced from a small cooperative in Colombia, which processes the beans using the honey method. The remaining ground beans are sourced from family farmers in Mexico and Peru. The addition of honey-processed beans lends our full-bodied house blend a more pronounced fruit aroma on the palate with balanced acidity. This is the ideal choice for those who enjoy our house blend but would like to try something new.
Storage & shelf life
Store the coffee beans in an airtight container. A porcelain or ceramic container is ideal, but a plastic container will also work well. Store the container in a cool, dark and dry place. Ideally, consume the ground coffee within two weeks of receiving it. After that, the aromas already dissipate.
