1. Flat rate shipping and free delivery
We charge flat rates for shipping within the EU. We offer free delivery for orders that meet a minimum value:

In the EU, we send our parcels via DHL.
Payment Methods
Invoice
Within the EU, we send the invoice separately by post. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to provide you with invoices digitally.
For first-time orders, we reserve the right to request full payment in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
Credit cards
You can pay for your order with your DinersClub, AmericanExpress, VISA or Mastercard credit card. Please note: We will charge the full amount to your card including the pre-ordered products, which you will only receive later.
Maestro
You pay for your order with your Maestro card via Saferpay. Please note: We will charge the entire amount to your card, including the pre-ordered products, which you will only receive later.
Prepayment
If you wish, you can pay for your order in advance. This allows you to pay for the entire order at once, even for partial deliveries. Your order will be processed as soon as we have received your payment.
iDEAL
You can pay for your order with your iDeal-Account and the linked bank account. Please note: We will charge the full amount to your card including the pre-ordered products, which you will only receive later.
Bancontact
You can pay for your order with your Bancontact Card or with the Payconiq by Bancontact app on your smartphone. Please note: We will charge the full amount to your card including the pre-ordered products, which you will only receive later.
