30 % of the beans for this 100 % arabica coffee are sourced from a small cooperative in Colombia, which processes the beans using the honey method. The remaining beans are sourced from family farmers in Mexico and Peru. The addition of honey-processed beans lends our full-bodied house blend a more pronounced fruit aroma on the palate with balanced acidity. This is the ideal choice for those who enjoy our house blend but would like to try something new.
Storage & shelf life
Store the coffee beans in an airtight container. A porcelain or ceramic container is ideal, but a plastic container will also work well. Store the container in a cool, dark and dry place. If possible, use up the beans within 2 to 6 weeks of receiving them. Only grind enough beans for the coffee you want to brew right away.
