Black Tea
Organic
Laos
Lao black tea, cultivated by the Phunoi people in Phongsaly province in the northern part of the country. The seeds for the tea come from wild tea trees in the region's forests. The black tea leaves are Golden Broken Orange Pekoe grade, which means that the tea has uneven leaves with few tips. When freshly brewed, the tea smells slightly sweet and delights the tongue with faint caramel notes.
