Wholemeal flakes made from organic spelt, organic barley, organic rye and organic wheat from the mountains of Graubünden. The Gran Alpin cooperative rolls the grain into flakes in its village shop in Surava.
Storage & shelf life
Transfer the flakes to a tightly sealed container to guard against moisture and pests. They will keep for several months when stored in a cool, dark place.
