Roasted cashews seasoned with curry. The spice mixture brings out the natural sweetness of the cashews and rounds off the taste with a mild spiciness.
Storage & shelf life
Store nuts and seeds in a cool, dark place in a tightly closed container. Make sure that the container is as airtight as possible so that moisture is kept away from the nuts. You can also freeze nuts and seeds, which will extend their shelf life by several months.

BARRO FABE ROGER
FARMER FROM DAN, BURKINA FASO
Soil infertility is a challenge.
"We are a family of eleven. I share a home with my wives and children, and my mother also lives with us," says Barro Fabe Roger. "We live inside our own concession area, so our crops grow right on our doorstep." But he is also worried. "The high cost of living and the unstable situation in the region are making our lives difficult. I hope that agricultural policy will change and that we can benefit from better prices and suitable equipment, such as tractors, which will enable us to increase our yields."
